What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand circumstances occur and are out of our control, especially now, dealing with COVID.

However, we are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment, not only so that we can pay the therapist that is at work ready to do your treatment, but also so we can pay to keep the doors open.

When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair on us, or the other client.

All confirmation of appointments requires a 50% deposit to secure day and time that you require, as well as calling over the phone.

Less than 48hrs notice for cancellations, refunds unfortunately wont be given for appointments, you will have 7 days of the 48hr notice to reschedule. Less than 48hr notice no refund

If you have vouchers, we still require you to book online to secure your booking, your deposit can be refunded when your voucher is presented. When you phone for an appointment your voucher then becomes 50% of your appointment deposit.

How do I book an appointment?

We offer online bookings: click here for an appointment.

Simply call us 9986 3100 and speak to one of our friendly staff members. If your call is unanswered, leave a message and your call will be returned to make the appointment. A 50% booking fee is taken for all bookings over the phone.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

This allows you time to required to complete a consultation form before your treatment and relax with one of our herbal teas.

Traveling to your appointment: Make sure to leave early enough to account for traffic and finding parking, we can not guarantee that will have enough time to do your appointment.

What if I am running late?

If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. If specific times are needed, please make a booking. We are quite flexible and always do our best to accommodate clients.

What payment methods are available for services?

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or Cash.

At Belledonne we also offer Salonpay.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Spoil that someone special with a gift voucher.

All our treatments are available as gift voucher purchases. Gift Vouchers can be purchased by visiting us in OUR CLINIC, or you can purchase ONLINE or over the PHONE.

Gift Vouchers purchased ONLINE are emailed to your or the recipicate or by PHONE are packaged and posted to meet your instructions.
